Looking for a way to increase the font size (other than using the OS zoom functions) for the help viewer. My old tired eyes can’t see as well as you younger folke.
The help viewer is part of macOS, not of DEVONthink. One alternative might be the PDF or EPUB version of the documentation, see our downloads page.

And @rmschne is correct.
The Help viewer is essentially a web viewer so you can use hotkeys to zoom in and out on the content.
