Help with Scanscap manager message

Hello
Can someone look at the pic and tell me why I am now getting this message. I have used DTO for quite a while and have never seen this message. I use the ScanSnap software that came with my S1300 and it works well. I put DTO in the application box for ScanScnap and all my scans go directly to DTO. I rarely do OCR scanning. If I do, I usually use the "convert to searchable PDF command. So is it necessary that I do this installation?

If you want to have ScanSnap Manager send all scans automatically to DEVONthink Pro Office, do it. If you don’t want that, just check “Never ask me again” and dismiss this assistant. No magic here.
