Homescreen app icon notification

Hi gang,

It’s my understanding that the number indication on the app icon on the Homescreen shows the number of unread documents. If that’s not true, please correct me. How do I find unread documents that are represented by the indication on the app icon? When I look in the DTTG app itself, in the “Unread” Smart Group, it shows 16 unread items, but the icon on the Homescreen shows 5. Help.

I believe the badge number indicates the number of unread items in the Global Inbox.

@Greg_Jones is correct on this. It only applies to unread items in the Global Inbox.
