Is there a way to get HotService working on Leopard?

Leopard doesn’t use InputManagers located in the home directory or not owned by the root user anymore. That’s a welcome move by Apple as many input managers caused more harm than good.

It’s possible to get input managers running but they’re doomed anyway. They’re not worth any effort anymore, IMHO.
