How can I export RTF files to Evernote as rich text?

I frequently use the Export to Evernote script in DevonThink Pro Office, which sends my RTF files to Evernote as plain text, but I was wondering if there was a script for exporting them as rich text files, so I can preserve the formatting?

Open Evernote (5.x). Switch back to DEVONthink. Select the notes you want to place in Evernote. Click-drag them and drop on to Evernote’s icon in the Dock. They will be imported and the formatting retained.
