I’m new to DEVONthink and am really enjoying getting to grips with this amazing software. I mainly use RTF documents and am struggling with the formatting. I use a lot of numbered lists, but often I want to number them manually. DT seems to want to number them automatically in addition to my numbering so I end up with documents that look like the attached. Can anyone help?

An automatic list requires some kind of prefix, which will automatically increment each line item. I would recommend you don’t use a list and instead use tab stops instead, e.g.,…
