How do you know what folders a replica is in

If you want to create a replica so that one item sits in one folder (e.g. receipts) and the replica sits in the folder medical, is there a way to tell where the replica is or should you duplicate the item and then search for it that way.

I recently asked the same question (in my somewhat lengthy post here: [url]Suggestions from a new user...])

The answer is to click on the document, select Tools->Show Info (or click the Info button on the toolbar). At the bottom of the inspector that pops up, there is a dropdown box called “Instances”. If you click the dropdown, it will show the location of all replicants and duplicates in the database.
