How to add Bonjour to Safari menu in macOS Sierra?

I was watching the tutorial on sharing a database via a personal server. The tutorial shows checking Bonjour in preferences in the bookmark tab in Safari. However, there is no longer a book mark tab in preferences in Safari (10). Can anyone advise?

You can merely connect to the WebSharing then set a Bookmark on your own, if you’d like.
