Morning.

(How) can I index a contact in the Contacts.app to a group in DTPO?

One cannot index or link directly to a contact in Contacts, but a VCF can be exported from Contacts to some place on your computer, and that VCF can be indexed by DEVONthink.

You can also use File > Import > Addressbook… if you want to, you know - import it. Just a reminder in case people don’t remember or know.

if you import your contacts as links AND import as vcf the vcf will appear directly below the link and you will be able to search whereby it finds the search in the vcf and the linked contact will appear as well.
