How to insert URL file path, to activate a keyboard maestro macro via macro URL, to go to a Scrivener document via its link

I don’t understand how to insert these different types of URLs in an RTF document and make them functional.

I also don’t understand why I can’t just type https://www.youtube.com to create an active link. Why do I have to go through the link menu ?

I searched the forum and can’t find answers

Enable Preferences > Editing > Smart Links to have DEVONthink detect typed URLs in rich text.
