How to remove the flag on a number of items

macOS 10.14.5, DevonThink Pro Office 2.11.3

I have a number documents where the flag is set to “on”

I can search for them but cannot see there is a way to remove the flags for all the documents found in the search.

Is there a way to do this?

After you’ve searched for them, click in the results list and cmd-a to select them all. Then either right click and choose Mark > As Flagged or use the short cut cmd-alt-k. It’s a toggle, so it will make every file you’ve selected either flagged or unflagged depending on the starting position.

HTH.

Brookter,
