From time to time, a PDF in my DT database gets corrupted: i cannot erase annotations. Yet many documents potentially link to this item already. thus I would like to replace the “content file” of the item without changing its UUID, thus without loosing all incoming links. Is there a way?
Show the PDF in the Finder and replace it. But you should neither rename nor move it.
