How to reset and open new DTP3 database Or delete & reinstall

I need to initiate a new database for major change in my needs. Do I need to uninstall/reinstall or can I delete current DB and start with new inputs?

Why not leave the existing database alone and create a brand new one? Have you tried that?

I am confused as to why you’d be uninstalling. Your databases aren’t contained in the application.
Also, if you’re using only the Global Inbox, we suggest you start creating separate databases and use the Inbox for its primary purpose: as a temporary container for transient and unfiled data.

Thanks, a bit of brain fade. I haven’t used DTP for a long time and am having to start all over. I just want to keep the new set of data completely separate of the old ones.
