How to search a name with "starts with“ or "ends with"

Hello again,

I’m trying to make a smart group that searches groups whose name contains “Catalogue”.
Some group names contain “catalogue” but are not catalogs (like “Picture found on the cover of a catalogue”). However I haven’t found an operator way to change the default “contains” behavior to a “starts with” or an “ends with” behavior. “Catalogue *” does not help, since wildcards are automatically added on both sides of the search criteria. While that makes sense for search on contents, I would be useful to have strict search for name or tags or any other short parameter. Did I miss anything?

Commonly the Filename and the Name match. The Filename parameter has a “begins with” option.

Not in this case, because I’m looking for Groups only, which do not have an underlying file or filename.
