I want to create a smart group in DTPO that contains all indexed files which reside on a specific directory of my home directory in the Finder structure.
How can I create such a smart group?

There must be more to this than what you are telling us, as given your criteria I would only need to browse the indexed group-no smart group needed. Are you moving documents from indexed groups to other/non-indexed locations in the database, etc. or ?
