How to see the splash screen

I have a quick simple question: how do I open the splash screen? I unticked it’s auto-open a long time ago and now I need to see it but can’t locate it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks - splash screen is the wrong term, It’s the support assistant I needed, so thanks for the tip. I’d guess it’s not in the settings because there is already so much there, it might just get lost. When you can’t find what you’re looking for … that’s one of the things this forum is great for. Even after 10+ years of use, I forget things.
