I created a new database and began importing selected mailboxes from Apple Mail. After the imports were completed, I now see an error message every time I open the database which suggests its trying to sync with my Apple mail inbox. I don’t need to do this and would like to stop the process. Please advise.
This doesn’t say anything about emails - and there is no “sync with your Apple mail inbox”.
This is saying you have an issue with the database itself.
You need to do a File > Verify & Repair to determine what’s going on.
You may also need to do a File > Rebuild Database.
Where is this database located?
You are right. I was confused by the reference to inbox. I verified and repaired the database and the problem was resolved. Thanks.
