I have just uploaded to DEVONthink to go 4 and am Idisappointed to discover that when I take a photograph of the housein the capture it no longer titled the photograph with the house name as it did in DTTG3

You don’t upload to DEVONthink To Go. Do you mean you used the Add > Media > New Photo function?
