Hundreds and Hundreds of Tags!!??

Not sure what’s happened.
The ‘Tags’ label (right under the inbox) looks like this:

    Tags (3)

But when I click on the arrow in front of ‘Tags’, I’m shown a list of hundreds and hundreds of words, numbers, symbols, all with (0) after them.

I’m thinking they shouldn’t be there, as I haven’t tagged anything, let alone what could be every word from every document in DT.

How do I get rid of them?

To get rid of them, just drag the empty tags to the trash. To keep them from coming back, go to Preferences>RSS and uncheck ‘Convert categories to tags’.
