I deleted my 'Rename to Chat Suggestion' - and would like it back

Hi there, new DEVONthink4 Pro user. I

Being a fiddler, I have deleted the ‘Rename to Chat Suggestion’ menu item under Tools | Batch Process. Was wanting to modify it to get a shorter name suggestion. Completely messed it up so I deleted it. Big mistake.

All I am wanting to accomplish at the moment is renaming indexed files in my databases. I have many. I am a ChatGPT Pro user and credentials are entered fine and it was working great on my many images. I started using it on some of my PDF’s to see how that worked out and was receiving quite long names which were not suitable. Hence my fiddling.

I would like it back. Could someone smarter than me tell me how to set that up again please? Thanks and looking forward to the wonders of DEVONthink4 Pro. H

Here, Rename to chat looks like this:

  • Chat request - with document (automatic)
  • Change name - to - request response
  • Search & replace - Name

“Bearbeiten” => “Edit”

Thanks for this. Appreciate your rapid response. I have a condition called hyper-focus so this helps release me of the focus now. Such a relief.
