Is it possible for 2 users with different AppleID’s to jointly use a DevonThink database stored on a shared iCloud folder?
Use case: Family migrating from Evernote.

No you cannot sync across Apple IDs with an iCloud sync.
And you should not put your databases in any cloud-synced folder of you could irreparably damage them.
