iCloud sync not working for 6 months

Hi,

If my German was better, this might fall under the “iCloud sync geht nicht mehr” topic. I have been using DTPO primarily on my Mac. I also have it on my iPad and iPhone. I tried to download a file at work yesterday from my iPad, and realized that the database did not have any recent files in it. When I went to my Mac to Preferences > Sync, my 5 databases had last been synced on June 19, 2018!

Using the contextual menu (or the File menu) to synchronize did nothing. I’m using DTPO 2.11.1 and DTTG 2.7.1. The DTTG databases regularly say they have just synced with iCloud, but there are never any changes there.

Will accept any ideas.

What’s reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?

Is there a warning triangle on the sync icon in DTTG?

No, nothing in the log, and no warning triangle.

In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug. Include a screen capture of DEVONthink’s Preferences > Sync with the sync location selected.

I am having the same problem. Also getting multiple remote locations.
