Ideas on capturing paystub pay periods

Hey everyone,

Is there a way setup a smart rule to look for the pay period, in my case it’s called Period Start, and add/change the document Created date to that date? Or maybe there is a way to tag the OCR’ed document with that tag using a smart rule?

I am trying to automate my pay stub importation. Thanks in advance.

You could try a smart rule using the action Change Creation Date > Document Date (alternatively Newest/Oldest Document Date). Does this work?
