Images are downloaded via the download script at 150 by 150 pixels - can it be adjusted?

When running the script images in page in the download folder the images get downloaded as 150 x 150.

Where does the script get this and can it be changed?

The script downloads all embedded images without any modification. However, some websites might use JavaScript & CSS to load images dynamically and this is not supported. What’s the URL of the page?
