1/ is it possible to import pdf or doc’s straight in the database instead of the import folder ? Now, doc’s seem to be imported automatically in global import folder…
The destination of imported files is controlled by Preferences > Import > Destination. If you choose Select group, you will be presented with the group selector to choose where the file is imported.
