Import doesn't seem to work in DT3 Server

Hey everyone,

I just upgraded to DT3 server yesterday. My only and quite simple process with DT so far was to auto import scanned documents from ScanSnap (iX500). I’m still on Mojave. The import to DT2 (Pro Office) still works fine but any import to DT3 (no matter if Drag & Drop or select a document and “open in” or even from the ScanSnap application) doesn’t seem to work at all. All that happens is a little message pops up in DT3 in the lower left sying “Füge Dokument hinzu…” (German for “adding document…”) and then nothing happens.

After installation DT3 had all my documents from DT2 but I wonder if i’m missing a setting to make import working. Looked thorugh settings but didn’t find anything suspicous.

Is the OCR installed? Check DEVONthink 3 > Install Add-Ons and install if it it’s not already.

Note: You should not be running DEVONthink 2 and 3 on the same account, on the same machine. At a minimum, delete the DEVONthink 2 application.
