Initially I was able to use my scanner. Not sure what I did, but know when I go to import images with OCR it takes me to the registration page. I hit OK. Nothing. Unable to Scan. I tried reinstalling, but still the same issue. Looking for help.

Did you just purchase DEVONthink?
If so, and you purchased the Standard edition, you don’t have scanning and OCR with that license. You need to be running the Pro or Server edition. Select DEVONthink 3 > Purchase to open our storefront with upgrade options.
That makes sense. I was using the trial. When I bought, it stopped working. Thanks for the solution.
Paid for the upgrade and it’s working. $79 fix was worth it.
