New DEVONthink user and I am having a problem importing from Apple Mail. Using the import tool and opening Apple Mail, I can see my archive folder (for example) showing the correct number of emails. However, when I start the import that number will drop to a fraction of it (15k to 3k), and that is all that will be offered to import. How can I get the import function to import all emails in a folder. Is there some way to reset and start over?
I was getting some error importing messages however nothing like the thousands of missing files. No need to pursue further, I have reverted to using Mailstore which handles this must faster and seamlessly.
