When I import a large folder of items by drag-and-drop, the Import progress bar pops up and starts it’s thing. I go to another application and wait for that thing to finish… but I don’t know when it’s finished because when I switch applications, the progress window vanishes.
I would like this progress dialog window to NOT HIDE when switching applications. Another suggestion would be to put some sort of reminder that importing is in progress or the app is busy by: adding some text to the title bar, changing the Dock icon, or anything VISUAL that will let me figure out if DEVONthink is beach-balling without having to click into the app and hear the annoying error beep.
