Importing E-Mails causes freeze

Morning.

Reproducible I can not import emails into DTPO by drag and drop as well as by CTRL+ALT+CMD+M in Mail.app. Both apps fall into freeze. (macOS 10.12.4, DTPO 2.9.11).

Is this a known issue, or is it a unique problem of my own installation?

There is no way to tell without more information. When DEVONthink is frozen, launch the Activity Monitor.app (see /Applications/Utilities), select DEVONthink in the list of processes, press Command-Option-S and send us the sample when you open a Support Ticket.
