I can no longer import an email into DTTG from the mail app on my iPad. It appears to be a DTTG issue as I am not having the problem with other apps. Any ideas how to correct this?

Split screen drag from Mail (iOS) to DTTG.
I have removed and reinstalled the app. No help.
Are you trying to drag onto a group?
No. It matters not if it is in a group, inbox, or any other location.
In DEVONthink To Go 2, select Help > Contact Us to start a Support Ticket and provide screen captures or a link to a screencast showing what you’re referring to.
