I have finally upgraded to DTP2.0 and am looking to streamline my work process with the app. I often use iWork ('09) and when I load a Pages doc. into DTP2.0 I can see it but I cannot edit it or change it in anyway. How do I make the imported Pages doc. editable? Also, when I create a new Pages doc. from within DTP2.0 all I get is a white screen which I also cannot edit.
