I want to import all my email, but DTPO stops responding and I have to force quit it. I have tried several times with the same result. The only exceptions are when mail crashes.
Before I bought DTPO I tested this feature, by importing one folder, worked great.
If you have a lot of mail, and especially if you have set DT Pro Office Preferences > Email to Import complete conversations and to Group conversation threads, mail archiving has a lot of preliminary processing to complete.
I suspect that the process was Force Quit while in progress.
After a Force Quit command has been issued, it’s a good idea to run Tools > Verify & Optimize, to check for any damage that might have been done when data was being written to disk. If no errors were detected, follow up with Tools > Backup & Optimize.
