Inbox corrupted? Please help

every time I start DevonThink I get this error message. Apparently, my inbox is damaged.
I already tried to restore the database but this did not help.
I can still access all my data but am afraid to continue working with the database.
I do not need any files from the inbox, so creating the inbox from scratch would be no problem.
But obviously I need the thousands of documents in my database…
What shall I do?
