Are these two files supposed to be there or just one?
Inbox and Inbox.dBase2
Read about “Inbox” folder (if that is what you are pointing to … can’t tell for sure from screenshot only since I don’t see full path) in the outstanding “DEVONthink Manual”. Mentioned many places, but see page 8 3.9.7 version.
The Inbox.dtBase2 appears to be the “Inbox” database (based on the extension “dtBase2”). Read about that in the outstanding “DEVONthink Manual”. For example page 8 of the 3.9.7 version.

The Inbox folder is an alias in Finder,
and destination for auto imports into Devonthink
I found it more useful to have the folder on my desktop
