Inbox issue

Just started using DTPO.

Have moved all my files across but seem to have some corruption.

4 empty folders (with empty subfolders) appear under the Globals section.

Every time I restart DT, another copy of these folders is added.

I’ve tried the suggestions around Verifying and Repairing.

Any other tips?

  1. Quit DEVONthink.
  2. In the Finder, press Command-Shift-G and paste: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox.
  3. If you see the folders in here (and this is where they should be) you can safely delete them.
  4. Relaunch DEVONthink.
  5. If the folder is not there, then repeat starting at step 2 with this path: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Sorter/Global Inbox

Worked well. I deleted a few other straw groups/files there too - all Windows tmp files.
