Incoming document from scanner: notification shown but not processed

Hi
I’ve just done a clean install of my mac with macOS Catalina. Installes all the SnapScan software and created a profile to send the scans to DEVONthink 3. When I scan a document DEVONthink opens and tells me something arrived, see screenshot. But then nothing happens anymore. The expected pop-up with the document-information to store it to the database does not show. In the settings I’ve selected that incoming document shall be converted to searchable PDFs. Any idea what’s wrong?

If you select the menu DEVONthink 3->Install Add-ons, check to see if the ABBYY FineReader OCR is installed
