I went to Help > Install Add-ons, and checked the box to install the ABBYY FineReader OCR, and it downloads the add-on, but hangs at that point. Is this a DMG or .pkg file that gets downloaded, that I can kick off manually?
I’m just wondering how to get it working properly.

It’s a large package and it may take a few minutes to install depending on your machine.
Please restart your Mac, run Repair Permissions from Disk Utility (and perhaps even Verify). Then go to your home folder > Library > Application Support > DEVONthink Pro 2 and check if there is a folder called “Abbyy” in there. Drag it to the Trash. Make sure you have several GBs of free disk space. Then try to install it again from DTPO.
