Hit the Safari bookmarklet, and the HUD that appears has a box called “Instapaper” that can be checked. I know what Instapaper is, but it’s not clear to me what checking this box will do.

It saves the page as though the Instapaper bookmarklet had been applied to it. The option affects webarchives and PDFs – it’s probably a bug that it’s not greyed out for bookmarks, etc.
