Intelligent Groups - Finder Comments

Hi there,

I’m trying to create an intelligent group that filters files that have a finder comment.
Currently, I’m stuck… can anyone please give mit a hint how to create that? Finder-Comment is >0 or Finder Comment = * doesn’t work already.

I don’t have DT right now, but perhaps Finder comment is not with an empty string works?

Item does not contain Comment is the recommended & faster option actually.
