iPhone Connects but no Search results

I’ve followed the instructions in the tutorial using Lighthouse and seem to be connecting fine:

DEVONthink Pro Office server started:
Started server “Lee Herman’s DEVONthink Pro Office” (192.168.1.105:8081)

Connecting via WLAN

Log message each time I search:
HTTP/1.1" “http://192.168.1.105:8081/iphone/index.html” “Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5H11 Safari/525.20”

Search results just shows 1 of 0, yet if I enter the same word in Search in DT on Mac, I get lots of search results.

OS X 10.5.6
iPhone 3G running 2.2.1

Suggestions?

I’m having exactly the same issues, with the latest beta (and had them with the previous one as well).

I can search a database via the Server on my iPhone. Talk a look at the URL generated in Preferences > Server. In my case, it’s 10.0.1.200:53648

Enter that address into the iPhone address field. I can then enter a search query and it works.

Be sure to bookmark your database URL.

Thanks, Bill. The URL I am typing in, shown in both sets of messages I pasted in, is the one shown in Preferences > Server. Still no results from search, as I described originally.

Is your iPhone connected to your local network?

Yes, connected via WI-FI and gets the search screen with the DEVONthink logo when the IP address is entered into Safari as URL.
