Bill DeVille, our champion evangelist, lives in Baton Rouge, LA, and I don’t think he’s made a post since August 25, just before Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast.
I am hoping that he and his family are OK. If anyone has heard from him recently, please let the rest of us know?
I was a bit worried too, howarth. The good new is that Bill has posted several time since the hurrican blew through the Gulf Coast, such as this recent reply just today (September 3rd).

No damage to my house, although one tree fell and lots of tree limbs broke. Had to go several days without air conditioning and broadband, though.
Hi Bill. So glad you are okay. I checked and saw your postings soon after the storm, so I knew you were okay. Many others I know and love in the area are physically okay, but all but two of them lost their homes, and all have lost their livelihoods.
So glad, however, that you and your home survived intact!
