Is DDTG help available on a Mac ? general help and specific help with RTF and RTFD

I would prefer to read and annotate the help on my Mac but was unable to find it.
My sole purpose of using DTTG is to be able to sit down and annotate files in the reading list with my iPad.
I would also like to read on my mac a reference on the status of RTF and RTFD files in DTTG. I understand that there is a problem with RTFD files in iOS, but I can’t annotate or edit RTF files in my reading list.

A start would be to get a (PDF, eBook, and/or Kindle) copy of the outstanding DEVONthink ToGo Handbook available, along with other things, at DEVONtechnologies | Handbooks and Extras
