Is it possible to apply Smart Rules from Favorites?

I have one Smart Rule saved as a favorite. Usually when control-clicking a Smart Rule you get a menu with an entry Apply Rule. However, when control-clicking the Smart Rule among Favorites one gets a different menu. Would it be possible to have the Apply Rule entry also in this menu?

Development will have to assess this.

I figured out a way to apply the rule by selecting the files meeting the conditions of the rule (I want to apply it on demand) and then drag-and-drop them on top of the rule in the Favorites sidebar.
