Is it possible to mark a group to ignore duplicate documents

I just built a house and I moved all the documents into Devonthink. Before I had them all in different folders on my computer. The problem now is that I have a lot of duplicate documents. For instance - the floorplan is in the folder of the construction company and also in four other folders…

And want to clean up in Devonthink but I’d like to mark these groups/folders to be ignored when I’m filtering for duplicates…

Is there a way to do that?

I don’t know of a way to ignore duplicates in groups, but if I don’t actually need a duplicate copy of the same file, I will convert them into replicants. Then it doesn’t matter how many there are and if I make a change to one, it appears in all of the replicant locations (less organizational mess).
