Searching OCR images within markdown files is something I really need. Then the workflow of Obsidian - Devonthink would be far more efficient. Could you please enable this function? This is just an automatic OCR for embedding images in markdown.
Automatic OCR for all images in all MD files? I’d rather not have this, given that MD can contain any image, also those where OCR doesn’t make sense at all.
Also, macOS itself should now be able to find text in images with the vision framework.

Are you suggesting the images are literally embedded ? If so, that would definitely be undesirable given the nature of Markdown and the vastly increased file size.
