It works: scanning with Brother MFC-7420

Just in case anyone in the future does a search on the forums, I can confirm that DTPO’s scanning feature works with a Brother MFC-7420 once the TWAIN driver is installed.

Not the flashest scanner available, but does the job if you have one or two pages to scan in. DTPO handles it nicely, I might add.

Is there any reason to think this would also work with other Brother models? I have both a MFC9070 and a DCP-340 and it would be quite useful - worth upgrading to Pro for.

I just got a Brother DCP 7020 yesterday, and I’m trying to make it work with DTPO. It works great when I use the flatbed, but so far, I can’t get the ADF to work properly. Every time I try to scan multiple pages, the scanner freezes when it’s almost through the second page. It does work with Image Capture, though.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
