Item stuck in Global inbox

I have an item that will not move out of the Global Inbox. I have emptied the cache and quit DEVONthink Pro Office and it is still stuck even after a restart. This is also the case if I restart the computer. Any ideas? Cheers

  1. Quit DEVONthink.
  2. In the Finder, press Command-Shift-G and paste: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox.
  3. If you see the folders in here (and this is where they should be) you can safely delete them.
  4. Relaunch DEVONthink.

If the folder is not there, then repeat starting at step 2 with this path: ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Sorter/Global Inbox

Tried both of these and the folder is in neither!

Have you tried a Rebuild on the DB?

I hadn’t but have now done so, still no luck.

Is anything logged to Windows > Log after trying to move the item to a different database?

Yes!
08:23:46: Online DBS > Online DBS.eml UUID already in database

It threw me because the item was obviously copied to the new location and not deleted from the Global Inbox, I should have checked. I have not seen this with there emails, odd. Thanks for your help.
