Just had a crash while OCRing

I was doing a large batch of OCR in DEVONthink Pro 3 when my computer crashed. I opened DTP3 and it gave me a message saying it looks like my DB is open, which makes sense since it was open when the computer crashed. I clicked continue and see that there are still a few unindexed documents. I was wondering:

  • Is OCRing all or nothing? Or is it possible that the last OCRed doc is only partly OCRed? If so, is there a way to find it and re-OCR?
  • Do I need to re-OCR everything?
  • Is there a way to tell if there are any database problems? I’m a little unclear how I would determine if any docs are missing or if there is corruption, etc.

Thanks!

Please verify the databases that were open before quit via File > Verifiy & Repair Database. In addition, please choose Help > Report Bug while pressing the Alt modifier key and send the result to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com so that we can have a look at the logs - thanks!

Just sent a bug report w/ a link to this thread. Thanks!
