Just upgraded and now crashes?

Hello,
I am having a problem with my DT upgrade to 1.7

I am an unregistered used (soon to be a registered user) using DT on MAC OS X.2.6

I deleted the previous version and drop the new version of DT into my APPLICATIONS folder. Now it is asking me to register. Instead I hit CANCEL and the program me "The applications DEVONthink has unexpectedly quite."

Any suggestions?

That’s a bug. If you’ve purchased DT in the meantime, send me your code and I could send you a registration file so that this dialog won’t popup anymore.  Anyway, we’re currently fixing this and v1.7.1 will be out next week.
